patterns of practice

captivated by the idea that more police and fire power equal more safety, american society has become immobile allowing the perpetual growth and replication of police militarization, throughout the united states, without critical reflection. patterns of practice is a series of fifty photographs, one for each american state, that utilize kaleidoscope patterns to allude to this american transfixion with police expansion and militarization.
